LFTOVER is a project born in 2020, during the COVID-19 Pandemy. Two cooks, left out from the hospitality business, due to the lockdown, instead of waiting for better days, started a project based on food waste. We are trying to support the no-waste culture and to sensitise the community to act in favour of an ethical food consumption.
